Infantino Rattle Recall Here are the current children’s product recalls for March 2008. You can click on any of the links to get more information about each of the recalls.

Infantino Rattles Recalled - Infantino Lamb Grabby Rattles™ have been recalled because the tail piece on the rattle can detach and cause an infant to choke.
Avon Cozy Warming Polar Bears - Recalled because the warming pouch inside the bear can overheat and ignite when it is microwaved.
Rock ‘N Ride Plush Rocker Pony Toys - Recalled because part of the base can become unstable causing children to tip over and fall off.
High Energy Boys’ Hooded Sweatshirts - Recalled because the drawstrings can be a strangulation hazard.
Ring Toss Games by Educational Insights - Recalled because of Lead Paint Violations

Backyard and Beyond Metal Water Bottles - Recalled because the surface paint violates US lead paint standards.
Toy Penguins Recalled by Plan Toys -The head of the penguin can come off and expose sharp connectors underneath
Yamaha Recalls Rhino Side-by-Side Vehicles - The vehicles have been recalled because of a possible brake failure.
Hobby Lobby Easter Egg Containers and Spinning Egg Tops - Recalled because they violated the lead paint restrictions.
QVC Toy Puzzle Vehicle Sets Recalled - Surface paints on the puzzle pieces and components violate the US lead paint standards.

Wire Bound Journals and Calendars Recalled - There are a variety of these journals being recalled because of lead paint violations. Please click the link for photos and more information.
Magtastik and Magnetix Jr. Pre-School Magnetic Toys The magnets can detach and can be eaten/inhaled. Swallowing more than one magnet can be fatal to children.
MagnaMan Magnetic Action Figures - Recalled because the magnets can detach and be ingested or inhaled by small children.
Magnetic Construction Sets - Battat Magnabild Magnetic Building Toys or Sets have been recalled because the magnets can come loose and be ingested. Swallowing more than one magnet can be fatal to children.

Ellaroo Infant Slings Recalled- The metal ring that holds the sling in place can bend or break and cause the infant to fall out.
Toy Sundae Sets- Sold at Target Stores. The cherries on top are a choking hazard for young children.
X Force Commander Toy Airplanes and Super Famous Toy Cars and Motorcycles - Recalled because of lead paint violations. Sold at Dollar stores throughout the US.
Boy’s Urgent Gear Hooded Sweatshirts - Sold under the brand name “Micros Boys’ Hooded Jackets” These sweatshirts were sold at Nordstrom’s and are a strangulation hazard.
Girls Hooded Sweatshirts Recalled - The drawstring is a strangulation hazard. The sweatshirts were made by Rebelette International and had the phrases “Red Hot Chili Steppers”, or “Powder Puffs Touch League” printed on them.They were sold at Marshall’s stores and children’s specialty stores.

Kawasaki Off Road Motorcycles - Recalled due to frame failure
“Outlaw IRS” ATV’s Recalled - Models made during 2006-2008 are being recalled because a retention bolt can come loose and cause the rear wheels to lock up.
